CANCELLATION CONDITIONS (applicable to all packages):CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT AT HOTELS: In Brazil - check-in from 3:00 PM - check-out by 12:00 PM.

Maximum waiting time for transfers or shuttles (regular and semi-private).

In Brazil: The incoming agent waits approximately 50 minutes after the plane lands at the destination.

Tour Cancellation:

Before the start of the trip at the passenger's initiative:

The passenger may exercise their right of withdrawal in writing, with a refund of the amounts paid within 10 business days of notification of withdrawal. However, percentage penalties will be charged for cancellations, transfers, and withdrawals as follows: More than 30 days before the start of the trip: 10% of the tour package value by Incomum Viagens. Between 30 and 20 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the value of the package purchased from Incomum Viagens, in addition to duly verified expenses incurred with third-party providers, such as airlines, hotels, inbound services, tickets of any kind, etc.

In all of the above cases, if the airline ticket has already been issued, the passenger will also be responsible for the payment or retention of any penalty imposed by the airline, or even non-refundable fees when the rule does not allow for refunds.

Some hotel rates may have been subject to conditions that do not allow for refunds at the time of purchase.

The same applies to tickets, which may not be refundable depending on the rule.

To board a flight to Brazil, you must present a valid passport (check if a visa is required) and/or an original, current photo ID (up to 10 years old, in good condition) from your country of origin if the passengers are from Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, or Uruguay.

When traveling with children, please bring a valid passport or original photo ID for the children. Consult regulations.

Passengers from Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, or Paraguay may present their original identity card (RG) upon landing in Brazil. The card must be in good condition and valid for a maximum of 10 years.

When traveling with children, please carry the original photo ID card or passport, regardless of age.

Passengers born in other countries and not naturalized residents of Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, or Paraguay must present a valid passport to enter Brazil (the ID card used in the country of residence is not accepted). A visa may also be required depending on the passenger's country of birth. Please inquire.
